Abstract

Oral lichen Planus (OLP) is a chronic mucocutaneous disease, an inflammatory autoimmune nature and unknown etiology. Clinically it shows reticular or atipic forms. Oral lesions often precede the skin. The most important complication of OLP in the atipic forms, is the possible development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. These cases present an atipic oral lichen planus in gum and labial mucosa.
