Abstract

Presenile diffuse familial sebaceous hyperplasia is an extremely rare condition, with less than 20 cases reported in the medical literature. The condition is more unusual when presented as leonine facies. This case report presents a patient with leonine facies and extrafacial involvement of which dermoscopy and histopathology were compatible with sebaceous hyperplasia. The patient received oral isotretinoin therapy with satisfactory results.
