Abstract

36-year-old female patient, with no relevant medical history, presents with facial lesions growing over the course of the last few weeks. Physical examination reveals erythematous, annular, polycyclic plaques with raised, desquamative borders and a hypopigmented and depressed center, symmetrically and bilaterally distributed on the cheeks; along with a few isolated lesions on the chin. They are accompanied by mild pruritus without treatment.
