The cicatri zal fibrosis in the palm of the hand is consequent to the genetic alteration of the hemidesmosomes, which generates sub epidermal blisters: noticeable, persistent and insidious; typical of severe generalized epidermolysis bullosa simplex generalized, which can be defined with the clinical matrix of Yanamandra (2017); given the limitations, which exist in our environment, for the performance of examinations such as electron microscopy, genetic and molecular studies.
