Sweet’s syndromeAbstract
Sweet’s syndrome is a rare dermatosis, with established clinical, histopathological and laboratory criteria for its diagnosis. The classic form is the most frequent, being predominant in women. Classically painful lesions occur on the extremities, face and neck as papules, plaques, erythematous-edematous nodules. The first line of treatment is high doses of systemic corticosteroids. We present the case of a patient with systemic symptoms and lesions of classic localization.
