Abstract

Atrophoderma vermiculata is an uncommon follicular disorder of childhood, characterized by follicular papules that evolve into symmetric atrophic scars on the cheeks. We present the case of a 7-year-old boy with typical clinical and dermoscopic findings, including rounded atrophic scars in follicular areas. This report contributes to greater recognition of this rare entity.
